YueZhou Semiconductor Manufacturing Electronics (ShaoXing) Corporation (YZSMEC) was founded on December 31^st, 2021 with a total estimated investment of RMB 17.5 billion (registered capital of RMB 3 billion). As an integrated circuit manufacturing enterprise, YZSMEC is jointly funded and established by Semiconductor Manufacturing Electronics (ShaoXing) Corporation （SMEC）and Shaoxing Binhai New Area Xinxing Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership). The founding meets the strategic development of SMEC and forms a strategic coordinated development with it. Facing the areas of intelligence, low carbon and new energy, YZSMEC provides service focus on special processes such as power devices in the field of silicon-based and compound semiconductors. By realizing import substitution, the products are mainly applied in various fields such as artificial intelligence, mobile communications, new energy vehicles, power grids, IOT, industrial control and consumer electronics.
